 The school’s motto is “Honesty, Forbearance, Wisdom, Courage,” and the headmaster’s educational philosophy is “to let students experience the growth of happiness, and let the teachers enjoy the happiness of teaching.” By improving the quality of teachers and the all-round development of the students’ literacy, more and more low level and intermediate students, whose entry degrees were much lower than students of other schools, have been admitted to the excellent universities, and the  ones with good entry marks have been admitted to the top universities, such as Qinghua University, Beijing University, Zhejiang University and so on, making it remarkable among the local schools. In only a little more than a decade since it was founded, 30 students have been admitted into Beijing University, Qinghua university. More than 5000 outstanding students admitted to the colleges and universities under the national “211 Project” and “985 Project” and more than 60 students are studying in universities for the Doctor’s Degree. In 2012, two students were admitted to Beijing University, one of whom got a score of 673, which came out first in Shandong Province. And in 2013, two students, from among the top three students of Rizhao City, were admitted to Qinghua University, and one of them, Wang Lu, an ordinary girl with glasses, got the full mark of 150 in mathematics!

薪资待遇：

1、月薪：税后10000

外教中介佣金和发放方式：5000元每外教
