General Purpose

Contact businesses by telephone in order to promote and sell goods and services, and set up appointments for product demo.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

·         Research and Obtain customer information including telephone numbers, names and addresses

·         Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services

·         Explain the product or service to potential customers

·         Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer

·         Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals

·         Handle customer questions

·         Setup demo between potential customers and sales account executives

·         Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists

·         Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

·         Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements

·         Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction

·         Working hours are between 10 PM and 6 am China Time

Education and Experience

·         Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies

·         Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

·         Comfortable with software products

·         Fluent in English and be able to talk to customers in USA
