工作内容：

7、Performance Responsibilities:
Performs duties assigned by the Director of Counseling Services. All employees must maintain a professional attitude and demeanor.
Ø  Designs advisement programs that meet the school’s standards and teach students the processes and requirements necessary for gaining entry to overseas universities and colleges. 
Ø  Is current in the learning theory, advising methods for college and university application standards to help high school students prepare for a successful university experience.
Ø  Evaluates student’s transcripts and advises families on appropriate areas of study for students attending universities and colleges abroad.
Ø  Effectively manages students to provide a safe and supportive learning atmosphere.
Ø  Support students to attend international activities or competitions.
Ø  Organize students activities and assembly.
Ø  Joins with the other teachers in the International Center community to develop a professional atmosphere that promotes academic rigor with compassionate instructional practices.
Ø  Is able to satisfy the counseling standards defined by the school as essential elements of a qualified counselor.

薪资待遇：

1、月薪：税后14-16K/月

2、签证：提供签证

6、机票：合同期满提供机补

8、保险费用：意外伤害险

9、受聘方如有家属随行，一切费用由受聘方自理。

外教中介佣金和发放方式：6000元每外教

每个外教的悬赏赏金为6000元整。外教到岗后一周内付3000元，外教在校满一个月付3000元。

如果外教未工作满3个月离开，需免费提供外教。
